[English] Eduardo Chaves is responsible for this blog. Eduardo Chaves is a writer, lecturer and consultant (private companies, NGOs, schools), and was a professor of philosophy during 45 years, before retiring from the University. Of these 45 years 70% were spent as Professor of Philosophy and History of Education at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), in Campinas, SP, Brazil, where he worked in the Department of Philosophy and History of Education of the School of Education. His activity as a lecturer and consultant are the interactions between Change, Innovation, and Technology, in special in the area of Education. As a writer, he has been quite active in this over than 30 blogs since 2004. His writing covers the areas of Philosophy, Theology, Education and Politics (especially from the view point of Classical “Laissez-Faire” Liberalism). Secondarily, his blogs also discuss other areas, such as literature, cinema, and, more rarely, the other arts. He also writes on Epistemology and the Philosophy of Science. He was born on the 7th of September of 1943, is married, and has four daughters.
